Digital Products

So, when it comes to digital products like Funnels, Websites, Designs, eBooks, Canva Templates, or any other downloadable goodies, we cannot offer refunds of any kind.

Once you’ve purchased & hit that download button & it’s all yours to keep. So before you go all download-happy, make sure you’re really into it.

However, if for any reason you don’t like the product just reach out to us here at [email protected] & we would be happy to help you. And please make sure you fully read the product description, and faqs & watch the demo before purchasing the product & ensure it’s the correct & best for your business.

Website Design & Other Services

Now, let’s talk about the other stuff we can do together like website design, graphic design, content creation, SEO, & other digital marketing stuff. We totally put our heart & soul into making your online presence shine, but hey, life happens!

Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project before we’ve started, just shoot us a quick message at [email protected]. Depending on how much prep work we’ve done, we might need to keep a small fee to cover the time & effort we’ve already put in. But don’t worry, we’ll be super fair about it!

Refunds

Alright, so say we’ve already dived into the project & then you decide to pull the plug. In that case, we’ll have to see where things are at & how much awesomeness we’ve cooked up.

Refunds might not stretch to cover every bit of hard work & hustle we’ve poured in, particularly if we’ve gone all-out for some serious hours. But again, we’re all about being fair & finding a solution that works for everyone.
