We totally get that sometimes things don’t go as planned, & you might need to cancel or ask for a refund. No worries, we’ve got you covered with our easy & simple policy for different types of services.

Digital Products

We offer a 14-day refund window for all our digital products (Funnels, Websites, Designs, eBooks, Canva Templates, etc.).

However, since these are digital “goodies” delivered instantly, there’s a small catch… the 14-day refund right is waived once you have accessed or started the download of the product.

In short: if you haven’t touched the download button yet, you’ve got 14 days to change your mind. Once you’ve hit that download button and the product is yours to keep, we cannot offer a refund. So, before you go all download-happy, make sure you’re really into it!

Now, let’s talk about the other stuff we can do together like website design, graphic design, content creation, SEO, & other digital marketing stuff. We totally put our heart & soul into making your online presence shine, but hey, life happens!

Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project before we’ve started, just shoot us a quick message at [email protected]. Depending on how much prep work we’ve done, we might need to keep a small fee to cover the time & effort we’ve already put in. But don’t worry, we’ll be super fair about it!

Refunds

Alright, so say we’ve already dived into the project & then you decide to pull the plug. In that case, we’ll have to see where things are at & how much awesomeness we’ve cooked up.

Refunds might not stretch to cover every bit of hard work & hustle we’ve poured in, particularly if we’ve gone all-out for some serious hours. But again, we’re all about being fair & finding a solution that works for everyone.
